    Congratulations on your new website, “BodyBuddie”. Please tell your members to always get sufficient calcium for strong bones – it’s so important as you age to prevent crippling arthritis. Also, friends eat your blueberries and bananas in as combination they contribute to healthy brain function. I’m 78 now and I wish I had had all the aids that exist now to have a healthier life style to help me slow down the aging process. Good luck everyone and a very successful 2010!
